The merchant is obligated to provide an accurate description of the offered products and/or services, including the price expressed in the transaction currency - dinar (RSD).

3. CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices may be displayed in other currencies using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion by the card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

5. PRODUCT DELIVERY AND LIMITATIONS

Purchased digital photos will be delivered electronically and available for download once the payment is registered in our system.

The customer will receive a download link for the photos via:

  • Email – to the address provided during purchase

If the size of the photos exceeds the email attachment limit, the customer will receive a link to download the photos.

Delivery Timeframe

Digital photos are available for download immediately after payment confirmation. In case of technical issues, delivery may take up to 3 days, and the customer will be notified.

Limitations and Technical Requirements

  • Purchased photos and videos are available in various formats.
  • The download link, if sent via a link, is available for 30 days after purchase.

6. COMPLAINT POLICY

Since the e-commerce store sells digital photos that the customer can preview before purchase, complaints are only possible in case of technical issues with the delivery of full-resolution files.

The customer has the right to file a complaint until they receive the photos in full resolution. Once the customer downloads the photos in the agreed quality and format, refunds and replacements are not possible.

Complaint Resolution

The merchant will review the complaint within 3 working days. If justified, the customer will either receive the photos in full resolution again or an alternative appropriate solution will be provided.

8. TRANSACTION DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI systems. Data security is guaranteed by the payment processor Banca Intesa ad Belgrade. The entire payment process is handled on the bank’s pages, so payment card details are not accessible to our system.

9. REFUND POLICY

In case of product return and refund to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, the refund will be processed exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank, at the merchant’s request, will refund the amount to the customer’s card account.
